Ateneo CCE Engages Leaders



Last January 14, 2010, the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education opened the year with an information session entitled Innovate, Strategize, Engage: Best Practices for Leaders in 2010. Held at the Technopark Hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, the event offered leaders insights on business trends with CCE’s re-introduction to Southern Luzon.

CCE Executive Director Glenn San Luis gave a brief overview of the Center, followed by keynote speaker and CCE Program Director Mr. Jet Magsaysay, who identified the challenges that beset organizations amidst today’s competitive business horizon. The talk gave leaders new perspectives on current industry movements, tempered with the Ateneo ideals of service and ethics.

With the success of this event, CCE decided to offer the forum in Manila. Innovate, Strategize, Engage: Best Practices for Leaders in 2010 was held last February 24, 2010 with two sessions: from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm at the Ateneo Salcedo Campus, and from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at the Ateneo Rockwell Campus. Both were followed by free cocktails and training assessment, where company heads and entrepreneurs alike took time to consult with CCE industry experts on how to improve processes in their organizations.

In the following months, CCE will continue to offer information sessions relevant to today’s leaders in its efforts to address issue-specific industry concerns, and to propagate the Ateneo Way of excellence in the field of business.
