I.  Program Sales Executive

 

Basic Function

Helps CCE succeed in its Business Process Outsourcing initiative; contributes significantly to a robust bottomline through public offerings and corporate accounts, and utilizes optimally CCE’s Database Management.

 

Principal Functions and Responsibilities

In a market-oriented, demand-driven, customer-focused CCE organization, the Sales Executive’s critical functions and responsibilities are the following:

1.  Prepares the sales strategy and plans for each course guided by a clear understanding of the product-market dynamics, specifically that of connecting the product’s benefit to the specific needs of clients and individuals.

2.  Selects target clients from the center’s database based on the needs that match the benefits the course brings.

3.  Plans the process of reaching the target clients including the appropriate use of promotional materials and media mix of email, fax, postal or messengerial service.

4.  Uses the personal selling approach to put advantage, highlighting the benefits of each course.

5.  Prepares a daily sales report.

6.  Updates and coordinates with the resource person.

7.  Prepares the class profile as per requirements.

8.  Performs all other tasks assigned by the Sales Group Head.

 

Minimum requirements

  College graduate; post graduate studies an advantage

  Computer literate

  At least three years work experience in the same capacity.

 

 

II.  Office Assistant for Training Support Group

 

Basic Function

Assist in the preparation of the logistic requirements of the courses

 

Specific Responsibilities

1.  Coordinate with resource persons and suppliers on course requirements.

2.  Encode presentation materials.

3.  Photocopy handouts of participants.

4.  Set-up room and equipment.

5.  Perform all other tasks assigned by the Group Head.

 

Minimum Requirements

  Bachelor's degree

  Computer literate (MS WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)

  Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  Previous work experience in the same field, an advantage

  Fresh Graduates with good scholastic records may be considered

 

 

III.  Office Assistant for Administrative Services Group

 

Basic Functions

Provide administrative and logistical support to the daily operations of the CCE.

 

Specific Responsibilities

1.  Assist in the preparation of order for checks, purchase requisitions, job orders, and liquidation documents.

2.  Follow-up past due payments / accounts receivables from clients.

3.  Assist in recruitment (i.e. screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews, etc.).

4.  Assist in updating staff and supplier database.

5.  Handle inventory of supplies, equipment, and advocacy-related activities.

6.  Assist in property management (i.e. check maintenance of facilities/equipment, cleanliness, etc.).

7.  Prepare weekly reports.

8.  Perform all other tasks assigned by the Administrative Support Services Group Head.

 

Requirements

  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science.

  Preferably with minimum one year related experience.

  Good communication skills.

  Computer literate.

  Able to relate well with different kinds of people at different levels of the organization.
