Description

This three-day application-oriented seminar utilizes lectures, video presentations, and cases to effectively translate prescribed concepts and processes.  At some points of the workshop, you will be encouraged to apply your learning to actual problems and issues in the workplace.

After the course, you will:

  1. Be conscious of how you currently solve problems, make decisions, and analyze potential problems;
  2. Apply a systematic approach to dealing with problems, decisions and potential problems and opportunities when working individually or in a group;
  3. Tap into the creative talent pool through the use of brainstorming and potential opportunity analysis processes;
  4. Work on job-related issues utilizing the prescribed process and forms; and
  5. Identify ways using the respective processes to improve on existing systems in your own respective organization.
