The Business Process Improvement Toolbox enables you to use process thinking to improve, monitor and control the processes in your field of work.

This course will include the basics of process mapping at different levels of the organization and will highlight the importance of identifying and driving process metrics.

16th Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program
June 1 - 16
This six-day basic training will prepare you to provide key support to Six Sigma breakthrough and process improvement projects.

7th Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program
September 21 - November 24
This program is the key change agent for the Six Sigma process - leading teams to organizational and financial improvement where it is needed most.
