There is a critical need for a new brand of leadership in health care institutions, both in the private and the public health sector. This is driven by the increasing demands of our rapidly expanding population, the growing complexities of health care services, and the challenges of globalization.
As a new leader/manager in a health and healthcare organization or institution, you should be equipped with the appropriate managerial skills in order to be able to properly direct the utilization of resources to achieve economically productive and socially oriented objectives of your organization.
