After celebrating your promotion as a new supervisor or manager in your organization, you may be wondering, what now? The skills and talents you had, which made you a great team member, does not guarantee that you will be an effective supervisor and leader. This program was made for you, to learn about the skills required in your new role and to help you utilize these skills to effectively manage and lead a team.
This course will include practical tools and frameworks to help you set team objectives, track and analyze performance, and manage stakeholders. It will also have simulated learning environment with role-plays and peer feedback to share best practices and immediately apply the concepts learned.
After the course, you will:
1. Know and understand what is expected of new supervisors and practice the skills needed to succeed in the role;
2. Apply the fundamental concepts of supervising a team or group towards achieving performance goals;
3. Learn how to transition from individual contributor to team leader; and

|Mr. Ryan K. Buenafe||
is currently the Managing Director of IDEAL International Education – Corporate Learning Services, and the former CEO of A. Rand Consulting Inc. He leads Global eLearning for Teleperformance Group (France) and a partner consultant for Gerson Lehman Group (USA). He Is also a resource person at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (AGSB-CCE).
He has over 15 years experience in leadership and management roles for companies such as Accenture, AXA, JP Morgan, Sitel, and Teleperformance. His corporate expertise includes; sales, customer relationship management, human resources, learning and development.
Mr. Buenafe earned his Bachelors degree in Communications from Far Eastern University, and attained his Masters degree in Business Administration - Regis Program from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is now currently completing his second Masters in Public Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Government.
