Mr. Albert Aragon

has 30 years combined experience in training, marketing, sales, customer service, brand activation, video production and events management.  Currently, he is the General Manager of Chain Reaction where he conceptualized and produced trade marketing and consumer brand activation projects for companies such as: Smart Communications, Phoenix Petroleum, Chow King, Pilipinas Shell and Knorr. He also worked with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) OFW Marketing Group to design learning programs based on OFW consumer research findings.

He has also been a member of the Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines (ASAP), Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and Customer Experience Professionals Organization.

Mr. Aragon earned his Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of the Philippines. 

Ms. Gold Tantoco

is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Idea M Innovation, an integrated branding consultancy firm focused on solid brand strategy, innovation, insight- based brand design and branding capability-building in organizations and the President of Prism Gallery. She has over 30 years of solid multi-brand and multi-country Marketing and General Management experience from various local and multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, SC Johnson & Son, Inc., Jollibee Foods Corporation, Century Pacific Food, Inc. and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.  Throughout her career, she received various marketing and innovation awards and for outstanding advertising and public relations campaigns for the brands she worked on.  

Mr. John Lagdameo

is the Director of the Ateneo John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) Business Resource Center and Ateneo School of Management (SOM) Business Accelerator Program. He is also faculty member at the Ateno JGSOM, teaching marketing and accounting courses. Furthermore, he is currently the Country and Management Representative of the RESOM Resort Philippines, Inc. and Business Consultant and Mentor of Velprint Corporation. 

Mr. Jonathan Petalver

is the CEO and President of the Petalver Management Consultancy Services. He designs, conceptualizes, and conducts sales training and marketing programs to Top 1000 Philippine Companies as well as Multinational Corporations in the field of retail sales, hotels, and fast food chains, leisure, pharmaceutical, information technology, telecomminication, real estate, direct selling, and multi-level marketing companies. He is also the Program Director of Transformational Sales Leadership Programs of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business - Continuing Center for Education (AGSB - CCE).

He conducted trainings and workshops for various disciplines, such as: leadership, sales and marketing, customer service and personality development, effective business communication, team building, and motivational. 

 

Mr. Petalver earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the Centro Escolar University, and completing his Masters degree in Business Administration – Regis Program from the AGSB. He founded The Sales Champ Academy and The Sales Champ Club. He is the author of the Transformational Sales Leadership book See Saw Sell:  Killer-Instinct Mindset to Sell More and Win More.
