Description

Although many have yet to fully grasp all the activities involved in leading leaders, it should be your main objective to bring about every degree of improvement in the productivity and behavior of your employees.

One of the most critical activities in motivating subordinates is Coaching and Mentoring, which most managers and supervisors have not mastered. This workshop is designed to respond to your practical needs in improving the behavior of subordinates toward the desired direction. This is a practical, fast-paced, and action-oriented workshop that will provide you with necessary skills to ensure that results of subordinates are as expected or higher than required.
