One Day with ME is a course that will provide would-be and emerging entrepreneurs a bird's eyeview of the critical entrepreneurial issues divided across major functional areas. The first phase focuses on the development of the entrepreneurial mindframe alongside the skills you will need to create value and bring your organization to higher levels of productivity, profitability, and professionalism. The second phase arms you with the necessary know-how in the functional areas such as operations, finance, and human resource.

Objectives

After the course, you will:

  1. Be able to immediately apply the key concepts learned;
  2. Appreciate that crisis may turn out to be opportunity and discover the appropriate skills and resources to make it work;
  3. Obtain a basic understanding of consumer buying behavior and the key concepts of value creation;
  4. Have a better understanding of the enterprise life cycle, which starts from idea generation up to consolidation and how each process cuts across the functional areas of marketing, operations, human resource, and finance;
  5. Understand the language of business in financial terms and appreciate the importance of each transaction that affects the four financial statements, namely: Income Statement, Funds Flow, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; and
  6. Understand what makes entrepreneurial leaders different from mere managers and the dynamics of managing people in an entrepreneurial environment.

Prof. Danilo A. Antonio

is the President of ACE Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education, Inc. He is also the CEO of Land Excel Consulting (LEC) and the Chairman of Canyon Cove Beach Club.

Dr. Eduardo A. Morato, Jr

is the Chairman of ACE Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education and the President of ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Inc.
