Description

In partnership with ACE Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education, Inc. (ACE-ME)

Why form a corporation? Why do people incorporate in the first place? Why not just form partnerships?

Address these questions and determine your role in the enterprise. Start it Right!: Incorporating your Business aims to make you appreciate and understand the process of starting up correctly. Save a lot of money and time, and quarreling among your shareholders, directors, and officers on issues that you should have discussed early on. Understand your rights and protect your trademarks, assets, and name from competition.

Most importantly, the course provides a basic understanding on what is required in order to practice good corporate governance while you weigh various kinds of business entities.
