Description: A well-planned training program demands professional execution of strategies formulated during the design phase. The burden of ensuring that plans are implemented is on the shoulders of the program facilitator who will conduct the sessions. Your tasks as the facilitator include the stimulation and reinforcement of individual and group participation, as well as ensuring learning progress through structured learning experiences. Being a facilitator requires skills in experiencing, soliciting learning, processing of different learnings, and applying insights on the job.
