The Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (AGSB-CCE) recently gathered its annual Resource Person Development Program focused on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and the responsible integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Teaching. This activity was one of the featured celebrations for Ateneo CCE’s 30th Anniversary.

Held on November 5, 2025 at the Makati Diamond Residences, the session reinforced CCE’s commitment to delivering learner-centered and future-ready programs.

The program featured expert-led discussions by Mr. Mennen Aracid, MBA, Assistant Professor at AGSB, who unpacked the fundamentals of Outcome-Based Education and highlighted the evolving role of educators as facilitators and mentors.

Dr. Mario R. Domingo, Director of the Ateneo Institute for Digital Enterprises, explored the transformative impact of Generative AI on teaching and learning.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, the session empowered CCE resource persons to design meaningful learning experiences that balance strong educational outcomes with innovation, integrity, and the responsible use of AI in the classroom.
