Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head, the Program Sales Assistant is expected to provide overall support to the Program Sales Group in promoting courses and accomplishing administrative tasks. He/she must be able to communicate CCE’s portfolio of programs and respond to inquiries on behalf of the sales officers. He/she must also be able to carry on day-to-day sales operation tasks.
The position closely coordinates with members of the Program Sales and Marketing Group, Program Development Group, Training Services Group, and Admin Services Group.

A. Customer Support
B. Office Support and Reporting
C. Lead Generation
D. Performs special projects and assignments given by Management or the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with a great eye for detail
- Ability to relate well with people from different levels
- Customer-service orientation
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and internet applications)
- Ability to multitask and an openness to take new initiatives
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Open to fresh graduates; 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred but not required
