Mr. Mark Visda is currently the Head of the Capital Markets Development Division (CMDD) of the PSE. He has been with the PSE for 19 years, starting his career as a Research Analyst and eventually holding multiple roles including Head of the Corporate Planning and Research Department and OIC Division Head of CPRD and the Business Development and Market Data Business Departments.
As head of CMDD, he oversees a broad range of responsibilities in the areas of strategy, business development and innovation, issuer and investor marketing, stakeholder partnerships, and market data and index management.
In addition to these Mark also represents PSE in various international associations and industry groups such as the World Federation of Exchanges, Asia and Oceania Stock Exchanges Federation, and the ASEAN Exchanges collaboration.
Mark obtained his Economics degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and completed his coursework for MA in Economics from the same university.
Atty. Monalisa Dimalanta is a distinguished leader in the Philippine andSoutheast Asian energy sector, with extensive experience spanning regulation, policy, and legal practice. She recently served as Chairperson and CEO of the Energy Regulatory Commission, where she advanced key reforms in regulatory transparency, retail competition, and system rate restructuring. Prior to this, she chaired the National Renewable Energy Board, helping shape the country’s long-term energy
roadmap and renewable initiatives.
Now a Senior Partner at PJS Law, she continues to drive strategic legal leadership, mentor future lawyers, and contribute to nation-building through policy advocacy, education, and public discourse.
Mr. Jeffrey Manalo is the current Deputy Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP) Center, the government agency tasked to champion and facilitate the Philippine PPP Program. He holds certifications from APMG International as a PPP Professional (Foundation) and a Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Officer.
He has been involved in key facets of the PPP Program including project management, project appraisal, policy and program development, as well as capacity building and knowledge management. He was also given a brief assignment at the Department of Transportation's Office of the Undersecretary for Planning and Project Development in 2014.
Mr. Manalo holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He has also completed executive programs on infrastructure and private sector development at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He has also completed a number of fellowship programs such as the Sustainable Infrastructure Fellowship Program awarded by the Investor Leadership Network (ILN), with support from the Government of Canada; the ASEAN Sustainable Leadership in Infrastructure Program (ASLIP) awarded by the Government of the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office; and the 2023 Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI-PFP), awarded by the U.S. Department of State.
