Description
Decode the Need: Training and Organizational Needs Assessment is a hands-on, four half-day session Zoom program designed for forward-thinking line managers who want to solve real performance and organizational issues—not just guess what needs fixing. If you've ever wondered whether a problem needs training, process change, or something else entirely, this program is for you. Through practical tools, peer collaboration, and real-time application, you’ll learn how to identify gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend the right solutions that drive meaningful results for your team and organization.
What makes this program exciting is its focus on usable outputs and practical skills. You’ll walk away with a completed Training Needs Analysis, a Root Cause Diagnostic, and an Organizational Assessment using proven tools like the 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, TNA Matrix, and the 7S or 6-Box Model. These tools will empower you to confidently present evidence-based recommendations to your leaders—whether you're addressing a team performance issue or an organizational challenge. More than just a workshop, it’s a game plan for better decisions and smarter leadership.
