One Day with Master Entrepreneurs

Description

One Day with Master Entrepreneurs will provide would-be and emerging entrepreneurs the entrepreneurial approach to product innovation, design, development, and delivery or execution.

This course employs a customer-centric approach to product (and/or service) innovation by answering the question – what does the customer want and does not want contrary to an innovator- (or inventor-) centric approach? As the lifeblood of the enterprise, new product (and/or service) offerings or improved versions of existing products (and/or service) ensures the enterprise’s competitiveness and maintains its relevance amidst rapid changes in the global market. It also showcases the entrepreneur’s paradigm shift from rational management to entrepreneurial management to managing innovation that poses the challenge of striking a balance between creativity and logic. This also provides the tools in achieving the balance that cuts across ideation, incubation, and implementation.
