Description
One Day with Master Entrepreneurs: The Four Functions of Entrepreneurial Management is a course that will provide would-be and emerging entrepreneurs a bird’s eye view of the critical entrepreneurial issues divided across the four major functional areas of marketing, operations, human resources and finance.
The contents are made by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs and delivered by fellow entrepreneurs-turned-mentors/facilitators. Learn the 21 Ps of marketing and how it is related to the QDP framework of operations. Learn how the 8 Rs of HR is supportive of the other functional areas and how they are translated into measurable indicators used in entrepreneurial finance.

- Those who are thinking of taking the entrepreneurial path (employees, executives, etc.)
- Existing entrepreneurs; and
- Those who are thinking of pursuing further entrepreneurial studies.
After the course, you will be able to:

Have a better understanding of the Quality, Delivery and Price (QDP) framework in managing the operations function of an enterprise and its relation to the marketing;

Understand what makes entrepreneurial leaders different from mere managers and the dynamics of managing people in an entrepreneurial environment; and

Understand the language of business in financial terms and appreciate the importance of each transaction that affects the four financial statements - (income statement, balance sheet, funds flow, and cash flow statements).

Prof. Bianca Monica “Nix” L. Lañas
Prof. Nix is a self-made entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Propeller Realty, a company she built from her own work experience, expertise and competence. She graduated as the Silver Awardee of their Master in Entrepreneurship Batch 26. While leading her own company, she still manages to do other works that she is passionate about like being an insurance agent at Oona Insurance & Mercantile Insurance, columnist of the Property Report PH by PhilStar and a video producer and professor. She is also the current Associate Guru of MEnt Batch 31.
Prof. Angela Monette “Choo” T. Natividad
Prof. Choo is a second-generation entrepreneur who has successfully assumed leadership of the family business, Sophia Jewellery, Inc., as its President and CEO. Under her guidance, the company has experienced continued growth and success. She is also an ME lecturer since 2016 and currently the Guru of MEnt Batch 31.
