Real Estate in the Digital Economy

In recent years, the Philippines has seen an exponential growth in commercial real estate in Manila as well as other cities such as Cebu, Davao and Ilo Ilo. It has become a major BPO Centre for international multinational corporations.  Moving forward, with fast changes occurring in the business world driven by new business models, international flows of funds and new digital technology, what will it take to ensure success in the real estate business?

While emphasis is given to the commercial sectors of real estate as they comprise the most valuable asset class with the greatest impact on the overall economy by way of employment, elevating skill levels and attracting huge investments and wealth creation, the core principles of this program can be applied to all sectors of the real estate market.

The program discusses the best practices in real estate using practical examples and case studies provided by the course lecturers. It has been designed to take into account the increasing competition between commercial projects in Philippines as well as the Asia-Pacific Region.
