ROCHELLE DICHAVES

Ms. Rochelle Dichaves is the Portfolio Governance Manager at Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance (GSF), where she creates and implements data-driven solutions to strengthen organizational resilience. She also serves as the Women’s Leadership & Inclusion Philippines Lead, championing diversity and inclusion across the organization.

She is also the Internal Auditor for the Good Governance Advocates and Practitioners of the Philippines (GGAPP), where she provides impactful training for board directors and senior executives. Prior to these roles, Ms. Dichaves led finance and risk transformation consulting at PwC Philippines. She is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant, an OCEG-certified GRC Auditor, and an Integrated Risk Management Professional.

Ms. Dichaves holds a Master’s in Innovation and Business (Class of 2024) from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (2011–2015) from De La Salle University – Manila, Philippines.
