Let's face it - what you did to succeed as an individual contributor, will not make you a successful manager in charge of others. Making the step up from individual contributor, to becoming a leader and a manager, is a big shift - both in terms of mindset and skills. First time managers need to be equipped with the right skills and practices to ensure success - both on an individual, and on a team level.
This course serves to equip new leaders, managers, high-potential employees, and those aspiring for a managerial position, basic knowledge and skills to help them become effective at leading, managing successful teams of people. This 4 half-day program will focus on main mindsets, skills, tools, and knowledge, to help manage the transition to becoming an effective manager.

Mr. Fredric Brian G. Lipio is a seasoned professional with experience in the fields of learning and development, organization development, and coaching. He is a published author and a sought-after consultant, facilitator, and coach, who helps individuals and organizations improve their productivity, engagement, and overall success.
He has provided coaching services, facilitated workshops and interventions for various companies, and has been a partner for Employee Engagement and Leadership Training. He has also held positions such as Program Officer, Internal Audit Manager, Franchisee, and Training Consultant.
Mr. Lipio received his BS Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and has advanced training in Mastery Coaching, Strengths Strategy, High Performance Management, Accelerated Strengths Coaching, and Transformative Coaching.
He holds several certifications and credentials, including the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Transformative Coach from Coach Masters Academy, and a Certified 7 Habits For Highly Effective People Program Facilitator from FranklinCovey.
