One Day with Master Entrepreneurs: Are You a Complete Entrepreneur? is a course that will provide entrepreneurs a personal assessment whether one is a complete entrepreneur or one made up of a combination of any of the three O’s (Originator, Organizer, Operator) and three I’s (Inspirer, Implementor, Improver) and what will it take to be a complete entrepreneur. The second part introduces the entrepreneurs to the 6P’s that encapsulates the ultimate metrics of entrepreneurial performance that includes profitability, productivity, professionalism, paradigm shift, people upliftment, and personal transformation. 

The course will also discuss one of the key frameworks of the MEnt program – the Opportunity Seeking, Screening, and Seizing (OSSS) but within the context of crisis times. For entrepreneurs, in every crisis, there is an opportunity. Such defining moments that allow the enterprise to survive and thrive during crisis times while being guided by the OSSS framework is the course integration that demonstrates the traits and characteristics of a complete entrepreneur.  

Who should attend

This course is recommended for: 

  1. Those who are thinking of taking the entrepreneurial path (employees, executives, etc.);

  2. Existing entrepreneurs; and 

  3. Those who are thinking of pursuing further entrepreneurial studies.

After the course, you will be able to:

  1. Apply immediately the key concepts learned; 

  2. Evaluate one’s self as to what kind of entrepreneurial person (whether originators, innovators, operators, implementors, organizers or inspirers or a combination of these types);

  3. Formulate and adapt appropriate systems that will measure the different P’s (profitability, productivity, professional, people upliftment, and paradigm shift) in one’s enterprise (aside from personal transformation);

  4. Apply the OSSS framework as one scan the environment for growth opportunities for one’s respective enterprise; 

  5. Evaluate the different business opportunities that come along using opportunity screens in times of crisis; and

  6. Determine the most promising opportunities that must be pursued by the entrepreneur in order to survive and thrive in times of crisis.

The course includes lectures and case examples on the following topics: 

  1. The Anatomy of the Complete Entrepreneur 

  2. The 6Ps of Entrepreneurial Performance 

  3. Opportunity Seeking in Times of Crisis 

  4. Opportunity Screening and Seizing in Times of Crisis

Prof. Danilo A. Antonio

Prof. Danilo A. Antonio is Director of the ACE Center for Entrepreneurship and Management Education, Inc. and a respected educator and industry practitioner in entrepreneurship and real estate. He previously served on the faculty of the Asian Institute of Management and continues to teach at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he mentors students in the Master in Entrepreneurship (MEnt) Program.

He also served in government as Undersecretary of the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery (OPARR) from 2013 to 2015, where he led efforts that mobilized ₱28 billion in rehabilitation support for Typhoon Yolanda-affected communities.

Prof. Antonio is actively engaged in the real estate sector as President and CEO of Land Excel Consulting, Inc., with extensive experience working with leading property developers such as Ayala Corporation, Metro Pacific Corporation, Filinvest, Rockwell Land, and Eton Properties Philippines. He is also an Independent Director of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc.

Prof. George Anthonny R. Domingo 

Prof. George Anthonny R. Domingo is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience across multinational companies, specializing in business development, operations, leasing, marketing, and finance in the food & beverage, retail, and real estate sectors.

He is the Founder of SBE Events Inc., a company focused on retail events and mall activations, and currently serves as President of Global Leads Commercial Inc., a retail and leasing consultancy firm. He also holds leadership roles as Vice President of RGA Global Inc. and President of Mr. Billy Trading and Supply Inc., a distributor of home finishing products.

Prof. Domingo is a graduate of the Master in Entrepreneurship (MEnt) Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is now part of its faculty, serving as Associate Guru for the program.
