Introduction to Sustainable Facilities Management, will equip facilities managers with a strategic blend of core principles, technical proficiencies, and leadership capabilities essential to navigating the evolving demands of the built environment. This course bridges foundational knowledge with advanced, real-world applications, empowering participants to drive operational efficiency, asset performance, and sustainable value creation within their organizations.
This course provides an in-depth examination of basic principles and prevailing industry methodologies in Facilities Management. Anchored on Ateneo’s leadership and sustainability framework, it is structured to deliver a strategic, systems-based perspective on the core competencies and emerging trends that shape high-performing, resilient, and sustainable facilities operations in today’s VUCA business environment.
This consists of four (4) modules: Fundamentals of Facilities Management; Smart and Sustainable Building Operations; Key Operational Drivers and Governance; and Sustainability and Leadership Mindset for Facilities Managers.
