One Day with Master Entrepreneurs

Description

One Day with Master Entrepreneurs will provide would-be and emerging entrepreneurs a bird’s eye view of the critical entrepreneurial issues divided across the four major functional areas of Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Finance. The contents are made by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs and delivered by fellow entrepreneurs-turned-mentors/ facilitators.

Learn the 21Ps of marketing and how it is related to the QDP framework of operations. Learn how the 8Rs of HR is supportive of the other functional areas such as managing the sales force. Learn what it takes to be a ‘complete’ entrepreneur and understand the interplay among the 3O’s (Originator, Organizer, Operator) and the 3I’s (Inspirer, Implementor, Improver).

Who should attend

The course is recommended for:

  1. Those who are thinking of taking the entrepreneurial path (employees, executives, etc.)
  2. Existing entrepreneurs; and
  3. Those who are thinking of pursuing further entrepreneurial studies.

After the course, you will:

  1. Be able to immediately apply the key concepts learned;
  2. Obtain a basic understanding of the customer journey as it relates into marketing strategies and programs that meet or exceed customer expectations;
  3. Have a better understanding of the Quality, Delivery and Price framework in managing the operations function of an enterprise and its relation to the marketing;
  4. Understand the key success factors in managing the sales force vis-a-vis its contribution in achieving the larger company vision; and
  5. Understand the characteristics of a ‘complete’ entrepreneur and its evolving relationship based on the enterprise life cycle.

  2. Managing the Sales Force
  3. Entrepreneurial Operations: The QDP Framework
  4. The Anatomy of the Complete Entrepreneur

Dr. Alejandrino “Andy” J. Ferreria – Program Director
Dr. Andy is one of the founding gurus, Academic Director and Consultant of the Ateneo GSB Master in Entrepreneurship Program. Aside from being an educator for over 40 years, he has had over 30 years of experience in management education (program and faculty development) and simultaneously over 40 years as an entrepreneur. He is still active as a member of the board of directors in firms in the financing, pharmaceutical, animal care, manufacturing, technology, education, telecom, transport, and construction industries.

Dr. Ferreria is the author of the internationally published book on entrepreneurship called Entrepreneurs’ Helpline. He also released a Philippine publication on 50 inspiring entrepreneurs of the Philippines. In the ASEAN region, he is often referred to as Entrepreneurship Guru or entrepguru. Dr. Andy is also the primary guru for the incoming Master in Entrepreneurship Batch 33.

Prof. Eric Darryl Lim
Prof. Eric Lim is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder behind Autokid Mobility Solutions, one of the leading full-service truck and equipment distributors in the Philippines, with eight top Chinese truck and equipment brands under its portfolio. What began in 2012 as a second-hand car dealership with just three employees selling through OLX and AyosDito has since grown into a comprehensive mobility solutions company with over 400 employees across 14 locations nationwide.

Beyond his role at Autokid, Prof. Lim serves as an Associate Guru for the incoming Master in Entrepreneurship Batch 33. He is also a recipient of the Mansmith Young Master Awards in 2023. Under his leadership, Autokid Mobility Solutions was ranked among the Financial Times Top 500 High-Growth Companies in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was named a Philippine Growth Champion by Statista and the Philippine Daily Inquirer for the same years. The company’s outstanding performance also earned it the Mabuhay Business Award for MSME of the year from the Subic Bay Metropolitan Business Authority (SBMA).
