Description
Blueprinting Your Success: Construction Project Management is a 4-day course that introduces a structured yet practical project management framework tailored to construction projects, and aligned with PMBOK 8th Edition’s five (5) focus areas while reflecting real-world construction workflows. It also balances classroom input, case-work, and practical exercises using examples from building, infrastructure, and fit‑out projects.

Execute construction work packages effectively by coordinating design, procurement, and site activities, while managing subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.

Implement project controls for progress tracking, change management, and cost/schedule performance using Earned Value Management System.

Manage project closing, including testing and commissioning, punch lists, As‑built documentation, claims/variations, and lessons learned.

Engr. Randy Balaoro is the President of BN ProjekTechnik Corporation, a company engaged in consulting and construction management of engineering projects, such as: resorts and hotel developments, industrial complexes, mid to high rise mix-use buildings, and call centers fit0out works. He is also President of Global renewable Energy development Services, Inc. (GREDS), a company engage in renewable energy development in the Philippines and abroad. He is a project management consultant to large international financial institutions, multinational companies, international non-government organizations, and national government agencies in the Philippines. He has consistently applied his knowledge and skills in project management on large industrial, property development, and utilities project for the past 37 years.
Engr. Balaoro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Management degree. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a licensed Civil Engineer.
