Description
This program standardizes the minimum working knowledge requirements for Foreign Exchange and Money Market dealers to be at par with our ASEAN counterparts; upgrades the level of market professionalism, specifically the Code of Ethics and Market Practices for treasury dealers to approximate international standards; and provides the impetus for treasury dealers to pursue the ACI diploma - the global standard for dealers.

Successful passers of the Banker’s Association of the Philippines (BAP) Treasury Certification Program (TCP) are accorded with a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification by the BAP, a license that authorizes a market participant to trade with their counterparties. The CTP is a BAP-registered trademark with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.
Program Objectives:
The objectives of TCP 2.0 are as follows:
