Recycling: Matching Employees to the Right Jobs and Ensuring Organizational Fit; Outplacement & Outsourcing

Description

Recycling affords the people the chance to change jobs, or, even, careers. Sometimes, people get bored in what they are doing or, they are not able to land jobs more suited to their personality, competency and temperament. In either case, they would probably not be performing well in their existing jobs and would need to be recycled to put fresh, energetic blood into
their veins. Recycling allows people to reinvent themselves. It is definitely invigorating just to know that there are alternative
job options either inside the organization or outside of it.
