“People do not want a quarter-inch drill. They want a quarter-inch hole.” – Theodore Levitt
People buy the experience, not the product. This online program will guide the participants to deliberately identify the needs of their customers, which is vital in idea generation. Ideas have to be data-driven and carefully examined before finally coming up with a list. This course will introduce participants to Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) theory. JTBD practices things like market analysis with customer interviews and helps to truly understand what it means to create the best and most successful product that enhances the user experience.
