After five years, CCE Day made a much-anticipated return with a dynamic lineup of executive learning sessions and engaging activities. As part of this celebration, the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (AGSB-CCE) successfully held Leaders Fellowship Day: Bond Beyond Business on November 28, 2025 at the Ateneo Rockwell Campus Auditorium, bringing together executives and professionals who had previously completed their diploma programs, finally convening on campus for the first time for a day of learning, reflection, and connection—one of the milestone events of Ateneo CCE’s 30th Anniversary.

The event featured two complimentary learning sessions that addressed today’s evolving leadership landscape. Dr. Mario R. Domingo, Director of the Ateneo Institute for Digital Enterprises, led “Leading in the Age of AI: What Every Executive Needs to Know,” offering insights on how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, business models, and talent strategies—while underscoring the importance of ethical and responsible AI adoption.

This was followed by “Joy of Work,” facilitated by Mr. Voltaire Gonzales, Executive Director of Roleplayers Theater for Life, who highlighted the value of workplace happiness and shared practical approaches to boosting morale, engagement, and well-being across teams.

Beyond the learning sessions, Leaders Fellowship Day fostered meaningful connections through networking activities and messages from AGSB-CCE leaders—reaffirming Ateneo CCE’s commitment to developing leaders who are not only future-ready, but also deeply people-centered.

This event would not have been possible without the continued support of our valued sponsors and partners – Personal Collection, Discovery Suites, Unilab, Filigree, Ortigas Land, HTP Clothing, Gardenia, GetBlued, Reflective Box Studio, Jabprint & Imaging Supply, and Mary Grace.
