Description
The Agile Project Execution Bootcamp is a two-day, face-to-face executive education program designed for managers, project leaders, product owners, transformation professionals, and functional leaders who are responsible for delivering work in complex, fast-changing environments.
The program equips participants with the mindset, practices, and competencies needed to lead Agile and hybrid project delivery in today's post-AI operating environment. It focuses not only on Agile ceremonies and methods, but on the deeper managerial capabilities required to turn strategy into execution: stakeholder alignment, adaptive planning, team coordination, risk management, benefits realization, governance, and disciplined delivery.
A major feature of the bootcamp is the practical use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI as project execution accelerators. Participants will use GenAI tools responsibly to draft, refine, challenge, and document key project artifacts such as project charters, stakeholder maps, user stories, sprint plans, risk registers, retrospectives, benefits maps, decision logs, and executive status reports.
The program does not treat AI as a replacement for the project manager. Instead, AI is positioned as an execution amplifier. The project manager's role becomes more important in the post-AI age: framing the right problems, validating assumptions, exercising judgment, aligning stakeholders, integrating human and machine-generated work, and ensuring that delivery remains ethical, useful, and accountable.

Dr. Mario Domingo operates at the intersection of applied AI research, venture-building, executive accountability at national-platform scale, and academic formation in leadership and ethics. He currently serves as Regional Chief Technology Officer of CeQureX. Alongside this role, he holds a portfolio of advisory mandates positioned for the AI-driven transformation now reshaping enterprise, finance, and the public sector: fractional Chief Transformation and Technology Adviser to a major Philippine higher education system, a telecommunications subsidiary, and to a Philippine bank; technology adviser to the Philippine defense establishment on sovereign network architecture; and adviser on AI to senior leadership across multiple organizations.
His prior executive lineage includes service as Chief Technology Officer and CEO Officer-in-Charge of UBX through November 2025, an early Philippine institutional venture in blockchain and digital finance. Earlier in his career, he architected high-performance computing systems in production at the Cboe/Chi-X global exchanges: market infrastructure where correctness, latency, and trust at machine speed are non-negotiable.
He founded the Domingo AI Research Center (DARC Labs) in 2016, with work in medical imaging and cancer diagnostics, and co-founded DANATEQ Pte Ltd. in Singapore in 2010, focused on probabilistic AI for telecommunications infrastructure.
He holds a PhD in Leadership from Ateneo de Manila University (Critical Realism; Virtue Ethics, Deontology, Utilitarianism) and undertook post-graduate study in AI at MIT CSAIL.
Dr. Domingo is the sole resource person for this bootcamp. The patterns, builds, and frameworks taught in it are his own.
