Description
Many organizations seek for the link between strategy and execution. This module is designed to provide the roadmap and competencies necessary to create a successful project management organization.
In this module, we will explore how companies manage and implement strategy in a projectized environment. We also look in the model that describes how to create a high-performing project management organization.
Who should attend
Individuals who need to strengthen their project management skills, new project managers, project team members, project sponsors, project proponents, new product development, project managers who need refresher course on project management knowledge, processes, competencies, and
tools.

The world of business is changing dramatically. To cope with today’s and tomorrow’s challenges, project managers have to be outward-looking, proactive, and able to think strategically.
The course provides training in skills to:

III. Link internal factors to the company’s objectives
Portfolio Management
Portfolio Management tackles the foundations, tools, and techniques in managing portfolios of projects to help govern and manage the implementation of the strategies of the organization. The program will help you navigate and survive the transition from a project or program manager to a portfolio manager. If you are managing programs of projects for the enterprise or a portfolio of projects, this course is for you.

Dr. Mario Domingo is the Director of the Ateneo Institute for Digital Enterprises (AIDE) at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he shapes executive education and drives digital transformation in business leadership. A distinguished scholar-practitioner, he earned his Doctorate in Leadership Studies (Business Leadership) from Ateneo de Manila University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Applied Economics from the University of Southern California.
With over 30 years of global leadership experience, Dr. Domingo bridges academic rigor with industry innovation. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer of UBX Philippines, the country’s leading open finance platform. At UBX, he has also served as Global Chief Technology Officer, driving digital innovation and financial inclusion strategies. Previously, he served as Group Technology Officer at Chi-X Asia-Pacific (Chicago Board Options Exchange), where he advanced capital markets technology across the region.
Beyond corporate leadership, Dr. Domingo is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder of DARC Labs (Domingo AI Research Center), a pioneering research hub focused on AIpowered cancer diagnostics and universal healthcare solutions. He also serves as a member of the Philippine Navy Board of Advisers, contributing his expertise to defense modernization and national innovation strategies.
Dr. Domingo’s career reflects his commitment to integrating technology, leadership, and human impact—shaping innovation ecosystems in academia, industry, and public service to advance inclusive digital economies across Southeast Asia and beyond.
