He is a published author and a sought-after consultant, facilitator, and coach, who helps individuals and organizations improve their productivity, engagement, and overall success.
He has provided coaching services, facilitated workshops and interventions for various companies, and has been a partner for Employee Engagement and Leadership Training. He has also held positions such as Program Officer, Internal Audit Manager, Franchisee, and Training Consultant.
