Mr. Fredric Lipio is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the fields of learning and development, organization development, and coaching. He is a published author and a sought-after consultant, facilitator, and coach, who helps individuals and organizations improve their productivity, engagement, and overall success.

He has provided coaching services, facilitated workshops and interventions for various companies, and has been a partner for Employee Engagement and Leadership Training. He has also held positions such as Program Officer, Internal Audit Manager, Franchisee, and Training Consultant.

Mr. Lipio received his BS Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and has advanced training in Mastery Coaching, Strengths Strategy, High Performance Management, Accelerated Strengths Coaching, and Transformative Coaching.
