Description
This course is designed for professionals who want to move beyond simply presenting information to truly facilitating transformative learning experiences. Participants will get a hands-on toolkit for designing and delivering effective training for adults. The course will cover the science behind how adults learn, how to write clear learning objectives, and how to build a powerful lesson plan from the ground up. Beyond just design, participants will also learn how to lead any learning session by managing group dynamics, encouraging participation, and handling challenging situations with confidence.
