Description
Actual project management will tell us that stakeholder management is one of the most crucial areas in managing overall project success. This course provides a perspective on stakeholder satisfaction that challenges, or supplements and improve existing practices.
Aligned with the PMBOK® Guide, PMs and non-PMs alike will benefit from this course as it defines stakeholder management and satisfaction methods that lead to successful project delivery or a successful initiative. Practical methods and techniques are discussed as well.

Dr. Mario Domingo is a distinguished academic, technology executive, and ethical leader dedicated to shaping how we teach and learn in the digital age. As the Institute Director and Faculty Member at the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education (CCE), Dr. Domingo designs and delivers groundbreaking executive programs that demystify artificial intelligence and digital transformation for non-specialist educators and leaders. Under his leadership, Ateneo CCE has built critical AI capability programs for top-tier institutions and multinational organizations.
Beyond the classroom, he is the Founder of DARC Labs (the Domingo AI Research Center)—where he pioneers medical-imaging and diagnostics AI—and serves as the Regional Chief Technology Officer at CeQureX Technologies. His decorated career also includes building advanced systems for Cboe and Chi-X Asia Pacific, as well as early AI engineering for DARPA and the US Department of Defense.
Dr. Domingo holds a PhD in Leadership from the Ateneo de Manila University, specializing in virtue ethics and critical frameworks for digital transformation, alongside post-graduate credentials in AI from MIT CSAIL.
