Ms. Avery Banta is a dynamic talent developer, organization builder, and change advocate. With a rich blend of consulting and corporate experience, she partners with stakeholders to lead and drive transformation initiatives. As Vice President and Head of HR Business Partners and Change Management & Organization Development COE at Globe Telecom, Avery leads a high-performing HR team dedicated to empowering individuals and enabling teams to create and deliver impactful business value. 

Avery draws from her strong educational background in Communication and Business to synthesize insights and bring a strategic business perspective to the table. She collaborates with leaders across the organization, combining her experimental mindset with an unwavering passion for collaborative execution to turn ideas into business results and outcomes. 

Certified as an Agilist and Project Management Professional (PMP®), Avery is also an alumna of INSEAD, Emeritus, and Kellogg School of Management.  

Beyond her role at Globe, she is deeply committed to developing future leaders, facilitating workshops, and coaching sessions that contribute to the growth of a thriving network of project managers and leaders.
