Description

Portfolio Management tackles the foundations, tools, and techniques in managing portfolios of projects to help govern and manage the implementation of the strategies of the organization. The program will help you navigate and survive the transition from a project or program manager, to a portfolio manager.

Dr. Mario Domingo is a renowned leader in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, with over three decades of experience in fintech, enterprise innovation, and global technology strategy. He currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of UBX Philippines, the country’s leading open finance platform, where he drives both strategic and technological directions to accelerate financial inclusion and digital innovation.

Dr. Domingo previously held key roles at UBX as Global Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, and earlier served as the Asia-Pacific Group Technology Officer at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (via Chi-X Asia-Pacific Holdings). He has founded multiple AI-focused technology ventures in Singapore and the Philippines throughout his career, establishing himself as a leading innovation-driven entrepreneur.

A pioneer in applied AI, he is the Founder of DARC Labs (Domingo AI Research Center), a research organization dedicated to AI-powered cancer diagnostics and universal healthcare solutions in the Philippines. DARC Labs is at the forefront of using machine learning to make healthcare accessible and scalable.

In parallel with his industry leadership, Dr. Domingo is the Director of the Ateneo Institute for Digital Enterprises at the Graduate School of Business, where he champions digital transformation in business education and leadership development.

His early career in the United States included roles in the telecommunications, defense, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master’s in Finance and Applied Economics from the University of Southern California. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership Studies, Majoring in Business Leadership from Ateneo de Manila University. 

Dr. Domingo’s career is marked by a commitment to fusing technology with human impact. His work in AI and finance continues to shape innovation ecosystems and advance inclusive digital economies across Southeast Asia and beyond.
